Galina and Marissa were busy independently running their own companies when their paths crossed. They shared a common experience of having to roll-up your sleeves to get the job done and profound respect for those that back their talk with action. Identifying functional & industry synergies, they formed Triangulum Partners to help organizations improve and evolve.

Galina Russell

Galina is an experienced CXO that has helped several Fortune 500 businesses scale and transform their global operations.

She's raised over $300M in institutional capital and managed over $2B in transportation and infrastructure assets , helping deliver 20% savings to the bottom line.

Her passion for implementation consulting began 10 years ago at McKinsey & Company.

Since, she's built her own advisory practice working with C-suite executives and private equity firms to evaluate and act on market opportunities across clean and advanced transportation, and infrastructure space.

As a foster care alumni, she is actively involved in initiatives that help underprivileged children.

Marissa Campbell

Marissa is an experienced revenue growth strategist with a successful track record of advising $100M+ EBITDA companies on customer revenue expansion, service delivery optimization, and transformation across various industries.

With over 25 years of extensive experience, she has navigated roles within large multinational corporations, ventured into entrepreneurship by founding her own startup, and adeptly helmed her professional services firm. Her expertise lies in specialized areas such as account management and client relationship development, where she consistently delivers exceptional results.

Her strategic approach to account management has consistently driven success, resulting in revenue growth, improved retention rates, and strengthened partnerships. Passionate about exceeding client expectations and driving tangible results, Marissa is dedicated to fostering long-term success for her clients and her team.
